Our Policies

We do not and will not de-mat your dog. Humanity over vanity ALWAYS. Should your dog have an excessive amount of matting you may be charged a matting fee, but this will be discussed with you.

We do not accept dogs with a flea infestation. Should your dog be found with fleas you will be contacted and told to rebook when you have treated your pooch!

We do not remove ticks and will always advise a vet to remove any found as they can carry Lyme disease.

You will be given a maximum of 15mins, any over and you will be contacted to reschedule as we will no longer have time to groom your dog up to standard.

Full Payment will be took upon drop off via card or cash.

Failure to give 24hrs notice to cancel your appointment will result in a Late Cancellation fee which is 50% of the full groom price.

No shows (no cancellation notice) will result in full payment before being able to book back in.
No show more than 2 times will result in being black listed.
